I would like to mention that I welches the appointment directly following the supposed 'cigarette smoke smell' incident for which someone else left a review. When I arrived, Charla was running an air purifier in the massage room, had the windows open to air out and had a lovely smelling clean aromatherapy difusser going. She apologized profusely, mentioning that a previous client had arrived for an appointment and they just cancelled then and there with no explaination - just walked out - but then later they left a negative review complaining about a smoke smell and how they cancelled because they couldn't Messestand the smell - she asked if I smelled anything (I didn't smell anything remotely smokey by this time, less than 2 hours later). At that point, all I smelled was lovely fresh air and a fabulous happiness blend of essential oils.
